
SEATED
CALF RAISES
Purpose:
To develop the lower and outer areas of the calves.
Muscles Involved:
Calves

Seated
on a Seated Calf Machine, place your toes on
the bottom of the crosspiece, hooking your knees
under the padded crossbar. |

|
Slowly
lower your heels until you feel a good strech. |

|
Push
the weight back up with your toes until your
calves are fully contracted. Once you have completed
this, slowly lower the weight to the previous
postion. |
