Purpose:
To build mass in your thighs. These
can be done to complement Squats,
or as a replacement in case you experience
a lot of back problems from squating.
Muscles Involved:
Quadriceps
Using
a Leg Press Machine, lie back
and place your feet on the
crosspiece in front of you.
Slowly
lower your legs until you
feel a good strech near your
hip flexors.
Push
the weight back up into your
legs are completely straight.
Once you have completed this,
slowly lower the weight to
the previous postion.
