Purpose:
To build mass and tone in your outer deltoids.
This is an excellent compound exercise for
defining your shoulders.
Muscles Involved:
Deltoids
Stand
with a dumbbell in each hand.
Proceed
to being your elbows up and away
from your body. Shown here is the
midpoint of the exercise.
Bring
your elbows all the way up to your
shoulders and rotate your wrists
as if you were pouring water out
of a pitcher. Once completed, slowly
return to the starting position.
