Obtain
a flat bench and a dumbbell. If you are
lifting with your left arm first as shown
here, put your right knee and right hand
on the bench to maintain your balance. Place
the left foot firmly on the floor near the
end of the bench. Grab the dumbbell with
your left hand and start with your elbow
at a 90 degree angle. |

|
To
execute the Dumbbell Kickback, simply extend
your arm and elbow as far back as you can,
slowly, isolating the tricep while keeping
a firm grip on the dumbbell. This is an
excellent toning
exercise to develop a lean, defined tricep
as well as eliminate excess, unwanted fat.
To repeat reps, just return the weight back
to the starting position by bending your
elbow, keeping it close to your body at
all times. |
