FRONT RAISES

Purpose: To tone the front deltoids.

Muscles Involved:
Deltoids

Stand with a light dumbbell in each hand.
Proceed to being one dumbbell straight up in front of you. Shown here is the midpoint of the exercise.
 
Once your arm is straight our in front of you, slowly lower it to the starting position and repeat with the opposite arm.
