Purpose:
To develop the front of your thighs as well as your glutes.

a a dumbbell in each hand, stand with your feet
either together or shoulder-width apart (Shown here). |

Keeping
your head up, back straight, and chest forward,
take a step forward, bend your knees. Shown here
is the midpoint of the exercise. |

trailing knee should almost touch the floor. Once
completed, slowly return to the starting position. |
